Happy Children’s Day

Out of the mouths of babesChildren are able to trust and praise God without doubts or reservations. As we get older, many of us find this more and more difficult to do. Ask God to give you childlike faith, removing any barriers to having a closer walk with him. Get in touch with this childlike quality in yourself so that you can be more expressive.

Happy Children's dayHappy Children’s day to my Nigerian peeps, I remember the marching parades, mehn those long socks and starched uniforms, not forgetting the “enjoyment” we received on this special day growing up in Nigeria, fun times 🙂

Happy birthdayToday is also the birthday of a few friends and my cousin, so a big happy birthday to Omolara, Omotara (Bae), Kuimokumo, Tosin, Olawale. God bless and keep you all and may this new year be filled with love, peace, joy and much more than you pray for.

Update: from tomorrow I will be sharing posts and scriptures from my daily devotionals and I pray they bless you. These are topics and scriptures that have blessed, convicted, jolted and encouraged me. I’m someone who likes things to be clearly explained or practical and these devotionals are as practical and relevant as they come. Also if you have the YouVersion Bible App, try downloading the Message Version, some hard truths have been brought home via that version; straight to the point, no unclear words.

So,yes I will definitely talk to y’all tomorrow, have a wonderful day and smile a bit more today 🙂
