Love is…

love is me, love is youLove, we use that word so often these days that it might as well be a form of greeting.
Love, what does it mean when you say those words?
How can you describe the feeling?

Love
I can’t live without you
My world seems brighter with you

Love
I will go the distance with you
I will in an instance defend you

Love
You mean the world to me
More than Jack Sparrow’s treasure

Love
Though I hurt
It will never make a dent

Love
I love you today and always
To the moon and back

Love
Selfless
Doubtless

Love
Annoying
Frustrating

Love
Ridiculous
Fabulous

Love
Self denial
Self awakening

Love
Sleepless nights
Restless days

Love
Praying
Fasting

Love
Holding hands
Breaking chains

Love
Exhorting
Admonishing

Love
Beans and toast
A feast for kings

Love
Celebrating little
Enjoying much

Love
Immeasurable
Incomparable

Love
Unexplainable
Simple

Love
Pure
Sure

Love
True
You

Love
You
Me
Us

Love
The essence of life
For God is love

I LOVE YOU xxxx

What does love mean to youHey beautiful people, how are we all doing this dreary(at least in London) Wednesday? I am just peachy and trying not to be too down:)

I wrote this(is it a poem sef?) sometime in July and felt it was a great way to sweep the cobwebs off the blog 🙂 Can you (yes you!!) let me know what love means to you in the comment section? Thank you and Happy midweek!!!

Have a lovely week and keep on transforming lives with your beautiful smile 🙂

Talk to y’all later.

  1. Hello,

Funny, I was just thinking about this earlier today. To me, Love is a series of kind, sometimes wordless gestures. It does not need to be verbally stated as “I love you”.

Yup, it’s a poem, and a lovely one at that 🙂
